2. Purpose of processing of personal data
In general terms, the purpose of collecting and processing the personal data is to be able to contact the user, to respond to users who have sent us email through the website and to formalise previously requested contractual relationships in relation to the services offered by the company.
The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is the company’s legitimate interest and, when applicable, compliance with pre-contractual and/or contractual relationships (execution of contracts).
4. Recipients of the personal data
The company is the recipient of the disclosed data, which it uses for the aforementioned purposes. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, nor will the data be transferred internationally. Insofar as its use of the disclosed data, the company agrees to safeguard the confidentiality of the information and to use it solely for the aforementioned purposes.
5. Rights of data subjects

6. Data storage period
We store the personal data only as needed for their intended purpose and in observance of the legal basis for their processing. We will keep personal data on file for the duration of the contractual and/or commercial relationships with users, unless the latter exercise their rights of erasure and/or restriction of processing. In such cases, we will store the blocked data, without using them, as long as they may be needed for the purposes of filing or responding to claims or in relation to legal or contractual liability that may arise from the processing. The company will comply with the law regarding the obligation of erasure of personal data that cease to be necessary for the purpose or purposes for which they were collected by blocking the data as a means of responding to potential liability arising from the processing, doing so solely for the period of time during which the company may be held liable. Once the said period has elapsed, secure methods will be used to erase the data permanently.
7. Liability of users
Users who provide us with their personal data by electronic means confirm that they are older than 14 years of age and that they have provided true, precise, complete and updated information. To this end, users confirm that they are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data, that they will keep the information updated and that they are liable for any incorrect or imprecise information that they may have provided and for any resulting direct or indirect harm or loss.
